The Human Resource Coordinator is a member of the HR team and is primarily responsible for assisting the recruiting team: scheduling interviews, managing on-boarding and post-screening process (assembling hiring packets and conducting reference checks), building candidate relationships, and often providing candidates with their first impression of Monitronics International. This position works in partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, and members of the HR team. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for assisting with HR projects, miscellaneous office assignments, scheduling and coordinating interviews/events/meetings, and maintaining timely schedules and deadlines.

Ideal candidate will have:

2+ years in an administrative role

Bilingual- English/Spanish required

Ability to multitask and schedule events/interviews with the involvement of multiple participants

Exceptional organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Models a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous

Assists the HR Team in developing and administering Human Resources policies and programs, providing employee relations support and assisting all employees with questions or concerns

Proactively partners with hiring managers and the recruitment team to bring in qualified candidates that have the attributes that Monitronics desires

Communicates with potential employees, recruiters, and hiring managers to streamline the recruiting process

Responsible for administrative functions to support the success of the Department

Coordinates all lunches, meetings and events involving the Human Resource Department

Responsible for the post-screening process, which includes reference checks, and successful results in both the drug screen and background check

Assembling hiring packets for hiring team/panel to ensure that participants are fully prepared

Proactively working to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
