PSA Healthcare is seeking an energetic self-starter to join the team as a HR Coordinator.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Hiring field personnel in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
Responsible for verification of licensure, reference checks, and CBI reports
Responsible for completed personnel files
Establish and maintain an orientation schedule for all field personnel
Provide education and support to all personnel including inservices, CPR classes, and newsletters
Tracking of dates of renewal for licensure and CPR as well as inservices attended
Create monthly reports for evaluation and skills checks needed
Follow-up on all workers' compensation and unemployment claims
Assisting with payroll and new hire on-boarding
Administrative duties including filing, copying, faxing
Answering multi-line telephone
Order, organize, and stock supplies
Other duties as assigned
