Employee Relations Support
Immigration
Create and maintain up-to-date immigration files and make sure they are complete and compliant
Track forms that need to be completed and important deadlines
Provide general support in immigration process
Investigations
Note-taker during select investigations
Maintain up-to-date files for ongoing and complete investigations
Oversee Harassment Training for all eligible employees
Notify managers and employees who have not completed certification/ re-certification
Notify managers and employees who are delinquent 30+ days
General Employee Relations Administrative Support
HR Compliance Support
Manage compliance posters
Keep up-to-date on latest compliance trends and initiatives
Administrative and Organization Support
HR Service Center inbox and fax management
Red Bull College – quarterly orientation for new hires
Schedule speakers, event spaces, and caterers
Coordinate daily activities for new hires after meetings are done
Coordinate hotel rooms, dinners, shuttles, flights
Assemble welcome kits and all materials needed for the week
Temporary Employees and Contractor tracking
Manage temporary employee requests and make sure temps are assigned appropriately
Track temporary employees and make sure length of stay is adhered to
Coordinate with Finance, IT and Operations to make sure equipment is provided, invoices are paid and security is aware of temporary employees’ presence
Administer discount programs (movie tickets, gym discounts, etc.)
Other miscellaneous HR project support as needed
Qualifications
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE)
Impeccable eye for detail to written documents regarding presentation, grammar, punctuation, etc.
Provide prompt follow up and maintain traction on the temporary employee process
Execute a successful quarterly Red Bull College
Firm grasp of the immigration process and file keeping
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to catch grammatical mistakes
Solid knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
High level of confidentiality
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a general support role
Ability to provide clear, effective communication with attention to follow up
