Brief Description
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for HR Administrative Support including policy administration, receptionist duties, associate event coordination, labor relation activities, etc. The qualified candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years related experience.

Key Accountabilities
·

Monthly reports including headcount, stats, attendance, etc.
·
Personnel file maintenance
·
Assist with recruitment and selection process
·
Assist/facilitate HR related presentations as needed
·
Ensure associate communication boards are updated
·
Establish/maintain standard operating procedures
·
Coordinate event planning
·
Receptionist duties as needed
·
Assist in on-boarding of new employees
·
Attend production daily management meetings
      Qualifications
      Job Requirements
      ·

      Bachelor’s degree
      ·
      2-3 years of HR experience desired
      ·
      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
      ·
      Candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills
