The Coordinator, Human Resources will provide broad administrative and operational support to the Saks Direct Corporate Human Resources team. S/he will contribute to the development of HR initiatives and assist in executing programs to support Corporate SFA Associates. S/he will assist the HRBP team in all aspects of Human Resources.
• Assist with Internal Movement/Associate Change which includes preparing all documentation, coordination of internal interviews, mantaining organizational charts
• Assist with New Hire Orientation. This includes mantaining orientation supplies, documentation, serve as consistent point person for all ID Badges and Associate Credit Card applications
• General administrative responsibilities which include assist with various onboarding activities (scheduling meeting, coordinating set-up), assist with Associate Engagement events, employment verification letters, data clean-up/maintenance
1+ Years relevant work experience (HR and fashion industry a plus)
Proficency with MS Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint a must
Bachelor's Degree Required
