opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to assume the role of Human Resources Coordinator
in our West Kingston, RI facility.
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to assist the US IT, Energy, and Field Services organizations. This role is responsible for completing and/or checking HR-related forms, systems, and documents so they are processed accurately and on time. He or she will assist in maintaining HR-related activities and projects. They will also run and maintain headcount and talent reporting for the businesses. Other tasks as needed.
Good oral and written communicaiton skills
Ability to work within a changing and virtual envoronment
Advanced Microsoft powerpoint, excel, and word skills
Customer Service Skills
Quick systems learner
Ability to work across and with all level of an organization
Human Resources or analytics experience a plus
