WOAI-TV has an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a full time HR Coordinator.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, Payroll & Accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a publicly traded company and have been directly involved in Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll functions. Experience in various accounting & month-end functions and a proven track record to meet deadlines under pressure is a definite plus! Additionally, a working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and generally accepted accounting principles is required for this position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Must have strong organizational skills, be self motivated and have excellent analytical abilities. Must be able to work well under pressure, thrive on deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with station employees, hub personnel and corporate management/personnel. Knowledge and experience with Oracle Financial and Payroll Systems, OSI and Microsoft Products are preferred.
