Primary job responsibilities are Data Entry of confidential employee information into HR System. Maintaining personnel files (both hard copy and electronic). Responsible for assisting Field Service in recruiting through an online applicant tracking system. Completing background checks, employment verifications and E-Verify. Support additional HR functions/projects as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree, preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years experience in Human Resources/Recruiting and or Payroll
  • Strong and Accurate data entry skills required
  • Typing speed minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Strong Excel skills, and Outlook
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Accurate and detail oriented a must
  • Knowledge of Ceridian HPL, or similar HRIS system, preferred
  • Ability to run queries and write reports a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and manage through change
  • Analytical and Technical proficiency a plus
