- Set up systems that are in accordance with law
- Be responsible for hiring, training, evaluation, and growth
- Maintain documentation, records and systems
- Work with operations and finance team for smooth and cost-effective decisions
- Self-driven yet cooperative enough to work closely with others in a small, pressure environment
- A caring, people friendly personality
- Relevant HR education and/or experience
