The HR Coordinator will assist with new hire orientation, paperwork sessions, and serving as a point-person for HR related inquiries. Ideal candidates must be extremely detail oriented and will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, as the HR team is responsible for supporting various departments and initiatives.
Support Human Resources team in day-to-day functions
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including: records management
Be the first point of contact for employee questions and requests by monitoring and responding professionally and accurately to all benefit and employment related questions
Document the collection of all appropriate paperwork and follow-up when necessary
Maintain multiple benefit and employee databases and ensure accuracy of data
Assist with organization, coordination, and implementation of company wellness programs
Administer benefits (health, dental, 401(k), company tickets, etc) to employees
Respond to all employment verifications
Coordinate non-profit and community partnership programs
Process and handle confidential information in a sensitive fashion
Partner and assist with interdepartmental HR projects including recognition and engagement initiatives
Additional responsibilities may be required as needed
Experience with HRIS is a plus
4-year undergraduate degree
Requires the ability to speak, read, write, see, and hear to perform essential duties of the job. Must communicate clearly in English
Must be able to use a computer, monitor, printer, and computer peripheral equipment (i.e. mouse and keyboard) for extended periods of time
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office
