Wayne State University Physician Group is currently seeking a candidate to fill our Human Resources Coordinator position located in our Troy office location.
- Assists HR department with recruitment, testing/interviewing, selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants/business partners in timely manner for WSUPG staff employees.
- Supports the department with administrative support in various employee issues by establishing, organizing the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Performs quality assurance checks and maintains HR department IT systems both paper and online.
- Organizing, managing and coordinating various tasks related to HR/Payroll guidelines and standards to ensure the HR department functions smoothly.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or relevant work experience. Ability to work independently, strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver effective results. Must have high level working knowledge of MS Office 2013.
