We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator's job duties and responsibilities are:
Ensures timely and accurate data entry through the completion and submission of HEAT tickets for new hires, status changes and terminations to maintain system integrity of personnel information including reporting relationships, increases, title changes, etc.
Manages the onboarding cycle of the recruitment process through our Virtual Edge and Salute systems. Supports HR Generalists with other data entry into Virtual Edge.
Manages communications between our unemployment partner, TALX and leave of absence vendor, Matrix to ensure all heat tickets are entered properly, payroll schedules are accurate and information is communicated to the appropriate parties.
Generates accurate reports on a required basis for the appropraite target audience (Matrix, Report Smith, AE and EV4)
Participates in special projects as needed.
-A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
-Three to Five years work experience with HR data entry and reporting
-Computer Savvy with ADP Enterprise, PeopleSoft, and MS Office products
-Demonstrated excellence in organizational abilities and communication skills
-PHR Certification preferred
