Must have at least 10+ years of human resources leadership within an industrial divisional or corporate role.

Position will support and lead the entire human resources program for a non-union, mid-size organization. Provide employee relations strategy and execution, identify and implement performance improvement processes, and lead business integration and culture change initiatives.

Oversee a staff and will report into the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Purpose of this position is to enhance organizational performance and productivity by focusing on talent acquisition and management, performance measurement, succession planning processes and compensation. Travel 30-35% when necessary.

Must be a persuasive communicator, strong negotiator and effective problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced, multi-site business environment.
