The Strategic Workforce Management team at Moffitt Cancer Center exists to undertake a conscious and deliberate approach to attract, develop and retain people with the right aptitude, abilities, and “fit” to meet current and future organizational needs. The Human Resources Generalist for Clinical Operations, with limited supervision, is responsible for the successful management of recruiting and employee relations issues for assigned client groups. The incumbent’s responsibilities include recruitment, Human Resources policy interpretation and administration, employee relations and other duties as necessary. Works closely with the HR Business Partner to proactively identify staffing and other HR needs.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or other related discipline with a minimum of three years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, benefits, performance management and federal and state employment laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
PHR, SPHR, and/or GPHR
Proficient using an applicant tracking system such as Position Manager or Taleo
Proficient with Lawson or similar HRIS applications
