We are currently seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist Recruiter to join our Corporate HR team in Norcross, GA.
This position will report to the Sr. HR Manager and will have responsibilities in the following areas:
Administer the recruitment process for our corporate and field offices throughout the US for a wide range of positions that focus on outside/inside sales, marketing/advertising, online media, editorial, IT, administrative, and production
Handle the daily tasks involved with sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding candidates: (pre-screening process: background, MVR, and drug testing, generating offer letters, and providing new hire paperwork)
Manage applicant tracking system and job board postings
Support our internal job requisition, posting, and recruitment reporting process
Conduct job and salary analysis
Maintain client vendor relationships
Assist in Benefits Administration, Employee Relations issues, Compliance Reporting, and other HR assigned duties
Experience and Skills:
Ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree in HR or related field with a minimum of two years HR generalist experience in recruitment and staffing using applicant tracking software
This high volume recruiting position requires excellent administrative, organizational, time managment, technical, and communication skills
Experience recruiting for positions in multiple field locations highly preferred
Experience working with outside vendors
Strong computer and systems skills are also a plus
Must be a team player
