As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives and HR practices with management of various business units. The HRBP serves as the liaison for Human Resources related issues. HRBP assesses and anticipates the needs of senior management in relationship to HR issues. Will proactively communicate the needs of management to and with our HR department. The HRBP seeks to develop and communicate integrated solutions. The HRBP establishes and cultivates collaborative partnerships across the business entities so as to deliver value-added services to management that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP may include international Human Resource responsibilities. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units’ financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition.

Detailed Description

  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
  • Consult with management and provide appropriate HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Provide day to day performance management guidance to management in the areas of coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and build morale for increased retention
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


· Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
