      Run and maintain HR metrics and analyze business impact including turnover, top talent moves, internal vs. external hires and other recruiting metrics
      · Provide the HRBP with daily updates on internal issues, upcoming projects and deadlines
      · Assist HRBPs in providing guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, company policies and practices, and HR tools
      · Interact daily with account team members to gather, interpret, and disseminate information
      · Utilize existing HR tools (TDP, 360, Eval) to provide reports and data analyses related to performance management, employee relations and compensation
        Generate templates and presentations that represent data analyses for internal use and to be presented to management
        · Partner with COEs to ensure process efficiencies for new hires, terminations, transfers and Global Mobility
        · Create, monitor, and update the HR calendar, Account Team Meeting presentations, and HR Dashboard
        · Support the Custody, Risk, Audit and Legal functions
        · Liaise with business to provide managers with the resources they need to achieve the objectives of their units
