BakeMark is a seeking
qualified candidates for the HR Generalist position at the Pico Rivera, CA location.
Summary: HR Generalist provides professional support and added services to the branches on a day-to-day basis (i.e. training, adherence to policy, consistently application of policy across the U.S., etc.)

- Under limited supervision, and using independent judgment , is responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several, or all, of the following: HR Generalist duties such as, application process, selection, drug screen and handbook maintenance, etc.), training, employee relations, UI claims management and personnel research.
Bachelor's degree in a related
field from a four-year college or university and SPHR/PHR/GPHR certification.
Preferred: Union exposure, training capabilities, project management skills, above average written communication skills and 5 - 7 years of related HR experience.
