In this diverse Human Resources position, the Generalist is responsible for acting as a resource and liaison to our employees and management staff primarily in the areas of employee relations, recruiting and retention, benefits and reporting. The position will service the home health and hospice facilities primarily in Ocean County . Some travel will be required to support facilities in Monmouth and Essex counties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years progressive Human Resources experience and have the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills are essential. Experience in the health care industry is preferred. BA or BS in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required.
