Support HR Director in defining, developing and implementing HR programs
Lead HR delivery of communication, deployment and completion of performance management
Partner with Corporate Benefits Manager and Payroll to ensure Payroll is in compliance, on time and accurate; educating employees and fielding questions for Benefits, and how to navigate the voluminous DDB payroll/benefits systems.
Manage all aspects of onboarding for new hires.
Create HR Metrics using HR System and Recruiting Database to provide analysis and insights and reporting
Ensure compliance of state and federal laws, company policy and communication
Participate in HR team strategy by contributing creative and innovative ideas for DDB’s development as a non-traditional employer
Partner with HR Director with employee relations, development and training as needed
Recruiting: Assist in recruiting as necessary
Conduct exit interviews
Manage temporary employee lifecycle
Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills; ability to build relationships and trust
Self-starter with ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail
Confidentiality, diplomacy and a high degree of professionalism is required
Ability to take initiative, be resourceful and deal with changing timelines with minimal direction
Sense of humor!
1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
