Position Description:

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for:

HR Operations and Employee Support:
  • Basic administration support for benefits and 401K
  • Transaction management supporting payroll
  • E-Verify new hire background checks
  • Unemployment verification and administration
HR Special Projects and Employee Relations:
  • General HR support/referral for employees
  • On-boarding program administration support for new hires
  • Special projects in a variety of HR disciplines as needed
Must Have Skill Set/Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience that includes:
  • Very strong Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) skills
  • Very strong communications skills
  • Electronic payroll experience – ADP preferred (1 year)
  • Benefits administration experience - 1 year
Professional Skills
  • Strong customer service orientation - responsive
  • Independent self-starter
  • Ability to continuously multi-task
  • Strong organization and detail skills
