This role will provide daily HR Generalist support to the Operations managers and employees.
Provide direction and guidance to managers and employees regarding all HR related functions such as performance management, career and competence development, employee relations, compensation and organizational efficiencies within the business group.
Support implementation of all global processes and tools.
Manage HR projects and identify and drive organizational improvement initiatives.
Primary employee relations contact for all employees complaints and concerns. Investigates any potential employee relations issues. Prepares written reports or fact findings.
Provide consultation, advice, and coaching to managers and employees.
Support and advise line manager for complex issues and problems.
Experienced in supporting day to day line management of business needs in regards to employee relations, organizational efficiency, change management, group facilitation skills and leadership development knowledge.
Strong HR Generalist background and/or specialist experience in, compensation, benefits, and employment relations preferred.
Excellent skills building and maintaining internal client relationships.
Experience in the full range of HR functional areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, planning, and general HR initiatives.
Excellent process development and management knowledge.
Experience in a high-tech environment is a plus.
Strong analytical, planning skills and strategic thinking required.
Working knowledge and understanding of general management responsibility.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Excellent human relations skills.
Extensive knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-5 years of related experience including preferably in a high tech industry.
