Partners with performance leaders throughout the organization on various HR related issues. Forms partnerships with key business units and collaborates to support the organization’s goals. Provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning and employment, HR development, and total rewards.

Ensures optimal productivity and satisfaction through effective and responsive employee relations. Identifies, evaluates, and resolves behavioral and performance related problems through the organization’s progressive discipline process. Complies and safeguards employment law relating to EEO/AA, FMLA, ADA, and other related laws.
Workforce Planning and Employment:
Partners with internal business units to analyze current and future staffing needs. Conducts job analyses and prepares the corresponding job descriptions.
Ensures HR related programs, policies, and procedures comply with key federal, state, local laws, and regulations. Fosters transformational leadership through communications, training and development. Partners with key business leaders to provide HR development and to further support the organization’s strategic intent.
Implements and evaluates performance management programs and procedures. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years experience in Human Resources or supervision
- PHR Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of employment law, ADA, EEOC, Affirmative Action and other federal and state laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
