Seeking a full time HR Generalist for a dynamic company that is rapidly growing. Responsible to perform all Human Resource related duties at the tactical level in the following functional areas: recruitment, retention, benefits administration, employment, compliance, employment equity programs and record-keeping. Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years human resource management training and/or experience. Must also have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under dynamic schedule constraints with frequent interruptions. Intermediate PC skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of human resources principles and practices are required. The ideal candidate should have PHR Certification or desire to test for it and experience with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) databases.
