Job Description:
HR Generalist - Administers and designs Human Resource
(HR) policies and procedures to effect continual
improvements in efficiency and services performed and
leads the delivery of various HR programs, while
directly supporting multiple Divisions. Also provides HR
policy interpretation and guidance, analyzes HR data and
makes recommendations, maintains appropriate
relationships and conducts employee relations
counseling. Processes paperwork for the areas supported
according to established procedures and prepares
employee communications, as needed. Under the direction
of counsel, participates in employment related
investigations. Relies on experience and judgment, along
with a wide degree of creativity and latitude, to
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business,
Education or 4 years equivalent related HR experience.
Requires a minimum of 4 years HR experience in a
corporate environment. Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) designation is a plus.
