The Independence Office Human Resources department has a full time opportunity available for an HR Generalist. Responsibilities include but not limited to; unemployment, FMLA/LOA processing, assisting with interviews and training, process new hire background checks, processing and filing terminations, and ensuring compliance with EEOC, DHSS and Company guidelines. Hiring experience and a general understanding of employment law is preferred. Requirements include one year of HR related experience, proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent customer service and problem solving abilities, strong communication skills and a desire to lead. Home Health knowledge and experience with MS Publisher a plus!
