Our Jackson, TN facility has a great opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist.
This role will assist the Human Resources Manager in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures that support an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment and continuous improvement to meet defined metrics focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost. The Human Resources Generalist role is expected to partner with all departments within the organization to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
The principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:
--Recruiting & Staffing Logistics including Onboarding & Employee Orientation
--Analyze compensation and benefit data
--Adhere to company and organizational standards
--Maintaining extensive knowledge and complaince of all federal, state and local regulations
--Support management in policy development and accurate documentation
--Facilitates and develops company-wide training programs; collaborating with managers for specific training needs for teams or individuals
---Oversee training-related administrative functions within the HRIS Training database
--Maintains the tuition reimbursement process and documentation
The Human Resources Generalist is the liaison with the community in order to promote the company’s commitment to support and actively participate in community events. They also establish professional relationships with vendors, contractors and suppliers as required. This role must continually look for new development tools or programs that provide value for Delta Faucet employees and must always assess current training in order to keep it updated and relevant in order to drive corporate growth and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills with 5 years of related work experience as well as a four year degree in Human Resources Management (or related field) with a strong emphasis in training. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. The incumbent must have a passion and commitment to employee development.
