Human Resources Generalist
Reports to Human Resources Director
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Administers proactive recruitment and onboarding practices to maximize operational efficiency.
2.Serves as the local HR presence for all locations. Interprets policies and procedures, implements HR programs, conducts training and communicates to all levels of the team.
3.Assist the HR team and operations in handling team member relations including coaching, conflict management, progressive discipline, terminations, exit interviews and maintaining accurate and updated team member files.
4.Provides advice based upon knowledge of employment law including state and federal regulations. Maintains compliance with all applicable regulations. Assist in preparing team member handbook and policies and procedure manual.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
1.A bachelor's degree and three (5) to five (10) years of Human Resource experience, OR
2. A master' degree in Human Resources Management and three years of experience in the HR field, OR
3. PHR or SPHR certification preferred
