Working closely with the HR Manager, the generalist manages the recruitment process, new employee orientation, benefits administration and other day-to-day responsibilities for the efficient functioning of the department. Provides general HR guidance to management and staff based on established policies and procedures.

Requirements include excellent time management, computer and organizational skills.

Minimum qualifications: BS/BA in Human Resources, business or a related field and at least one year experience working in human resources. Knowledge of HR federal and state laws is required.
