Job Duties:

Human Resource Management Systems:
First point of contact for employees.
•Research and resolve problems, schedule activities, and liaison with service providers.
•Document workflow and work procedures and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
•Prepare and maintain employee records and reports.
Benefits Administration:
First point of contact for employees.
•Process employee enrollments and terminations as required.
•Prepare and maintain related benefits records and reports.
•Process vendor reports and invoices.
•Support and facilitate periodic and regular benefit plan evaluations and changes including plan analysis, contract review and employee communications.
•Administer Paid Time Off, Short Term Disability and Leave of Absence Programs.
•Document workflow and work procedures.
•Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries.
General Administration:
Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources.
•Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources.
•Collect, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including resumes.
•Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
•Maintain human resources calendar, applicant tracking system and HRIS system.
•Maintain administrative forms and manuals.
Project Support :
•Support project manager including, preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.
•Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
•Participate on cross-functional teams.
Other Duties :
Other duties as assigned.

Supervision:

Works under the direct supervision of the Director, Human Resources. This position does not supervise other personnel.

Education/Work Experience :
A minimum of three years of experience working in human resources with primary responsibility of human resources, and/or benefits administration supporting functional areas of human resources.
•Experience working with employees at all levels of an organization.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Experience may substitute for education.
