JOB OBJECTIVE

The Human Resources Generalist originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, safety, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

JOB DUTIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office for the Revert Group. Duties include but are not limited to:

Benefits Administrator

Recruitment , Staffing

New Hire orientations

Employee relations

Safety-must be familiar with safety practices

Manage Workers Compensation, STD and LTD claims

Reconcile insurance invoices for payment

Retain and keep updated all personnel files

Ensure that CATS, Oracle and ADP are always updated and synchronized

Payroll responsibilities

Guide managers through the evaluation and employee performance and development process

Monitor and manage compliance with state and federal employment requirements

Required Skills

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS / NECESSARY SKILLS

Prior experience in manufacturing a plus

General knowledge of laws and practices

Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs

Excellent computer skills

Effective oral and written communication

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to interact with all levels of management/staff and across company lines in a consulting/counseling role

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or organizational Dev.

Knowledge of ADP

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
