Position Summary: Performs a wide variety of tasks in the Human Resources department. Evaluates, analyzes, and inputs data into the company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Follows-up on personnel status change transactions. Updates performance management system. Coordinates, tracks, and follows-up on accreditation and licensing activities. Identifies and implements automation efficiencies for HR processes. Arranges and extracts data in order to deliver various HR and organizational reports. Manages additional special projects as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related field preferred.

Experience: Two years experience in Human Resources. Experience with Lawson HRIS system strongly desired.

Other Skills : Demonstrated analytical experience to assess and compile key business metrics. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills. Must possess high level skills in PC applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Front Page, Adobe Pagemaker or other desktop publishing software a plus. Strong attention to detail. Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple activities/priorities necessary.
