HR Generalist
      Summary:
        Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team and assist with the implementation of HR strategies, programs, initiatives, and goals of the organization. This person will be responsible for the implementation and execution of HR programs and processes in support of areas such as employee relations, performance management, wage and salary administration, policy interpretation and compliance, recruitment, communications, leave process management and training.
      Responsibilities :
      • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR related matters
      • Resolve critical issues with respect to employee relations and helps to ensure employee satisfaction and commitment in accordance with legislative compliance requirements and company policies and guidelines
      • Ensures that all HR programs, policies and processes are implemented consistently and in a manner that supports the organization's mission, vision and values
      • Performs special projects and other duties as required
      • 50% travel, domestic
      Requirements:
      • Bachelor' s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or other related field
      • PHR certification is desired
      • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR field
      • Strong communication skills
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
