The Bi-lingual HR Generalist is responsible for management of the Human Resource functions within the Company to include: Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Management, Associate Relations, Training, Payroll and Safety.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
High volume recruiting
Payroll and Benefits admin.
An Associate or BS Degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in an HR environment. Must possess strong team values, proven leadership skills, excellent communication and listening skills, creativity and the ability to multi-task. Bi-lingual
Spanish is required.
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: M-F: 8am- 5:30pm. Some weekends may be required during peak seasons.
