All responsibilities listed below are applicable to TNC/TCGI/TAG Executes human resources support activities that are fairly complicated in nature. Responds to questions about human resources issues, or refers question to appropriate person. Acts as the primary point of contact for multiple offices in multiple locations Recruitment including: Hiring Manager Coordination/Job Description Development/Analyze Wage Determination/Recruitment Search/Shareholder Outreach/ApplicantPro maintenance and disposition/Candidates Evaluations/Reference Background Check review/ Negotiations/Agreements/Offer Letter presentation/On-Boarding/New Hire Orientation, 30 day follow-up with employee Responsible for all employees Drug Testing. Must have results on file for each employee Audit Weekly.

Termination processing, including COBRA Responsible for file accuracy and completion E-Verify Data Entry and Audit Responsible for Training site supervisors/managers on HR processes Shareholder intern program, Talent Bank administration, Working with S/H Relations as needed. Processes Unemployment Claims and provides responses to inquiries, supports hearings Ensures state and federal poster compliance and performs quarterly audits of same for all sites Assists with Affirmative Action Plan compliance Administers employee specific programs, such as education, tools, health, morale, etc. Maintains corporate (TNC and other AK Subsidiaries) SharePoint sites Administrations of 90 day and annual performance reviews Develops corrective actions and offers supervisors/managers support Maintains the highest level of confidentiality Displays effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Responsible for developing processes and procedures for AK based companies Responsible for researching new contract sites and legal research as needed Responsible for developing pay structure analysis. Must monitor salaries and alignment with organization.

Personnel Action Forms (PAN's) must develop, obtain approval and verify accuracy Manager Continuity Books Maintain, Update and Train all Lead personnel Provide proposal support as requested Other duties and special projects as assigned WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 to 8 years of human resources experience Strong math, analytical and writing skills essential Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Deltek CostPoint experience. Must have experience in Government Contracting, ANCSA, and working in a Multi-State environment. Experience working in a remote location without on-site supervision is preferred. Experience working with SCA and DBA is preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required.
