Job Descriptions:
Job Description

  • Ensure proper compliance with DOL, EEOC, GSA and Wage and Hour provisions to include entry and maintenance of employee records and required labor law postings
  • Work with employees to resolve routine issues and questions
  • Assist with the communication, implementation, and administration of payroll processing, employee benefits and national HR programs
  • Assist with the development, delivery, administration, and implementation of employee training programs, including employee orientation programs
  • Assist in administration of compensation program; help to monitor performance appraisal process
  • Maintain corporate business insurance files and process renewals
  • Complete verification of employment requests
  • Create, maintain, and update personnel files
  • Copy, assemble, and bind company employee handbooks
  • Backup Front Desk Receptionist
Required Experience:
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2+ years of administrative HR or related experience preferred
  • Mac experience a plus
  • Deltek Vision experience a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employment information
  • Effective interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate ownership of job tasks
  • The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
