ACS Relocation & Assignment Services (RAS) requires experienced, high-energy international assignment compensation consultants to support the implementation and on-going assignment comp services for a new client. The consultants must fully understand the standard concepts, practices, policies, and procedures for international assignments. The consultants must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and balance priorities as they coordinate payroll and compensation accumulation with client payroll departments and the clients' tax services provider. The consultants will be responsible for creating cost projections and reviewing them with RAS assignment consultants or the client service manager (CSM). They will create, communicate, and explain all components of the expatriate balance sheet to the consultants or the CSM. The consultants must understand and meet all service level agreement requirements. The consultants will make recommendations to the CSM for client policy enhancement and process improvements.

The consultants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the global mobility field. They must fully understand the standard concepts, practices, policies, and procedures for international assignments. The consultants must be able to multi-task and balance priorities. Strong organization skills, communication skills, customer service aptitude, and problem-solving skills are required.
