Administers the client policy to assignees going on Long Term or Short Term Assignments
Creates, communicates and reviews assignment letters with the client's human resource department and assignee
Communicates and reviews the cost projection with the client's human resource and finance departments
Communicates and explains all components of the balance sheet to the assignee

Coordinates international services (shipment of household goods, cross cultural training, language training, temporary living needs, visa and passports, and property management)

Counsels expatriates, managers, and clients regarding the international process to assure central control of the process and reduction of relocation expense

Identifies and builds relationships with international service providers (forwarders, language trainers, property managers and destination service providers)

Acts as a resource for policy development for potential clients and prospects

Abides by the Xerox Code of Conduct

Minimum of 5 years international counseling experience
GMS designation from the Employee Relocation CouncilĀ®or PRH, SPHR, GPHR designation from the Society for Human Resource ManagementĀ®
Demonstrated industry knowledge as it relates to international assignments for: human resources, balance sheets, cost projections and third party data provider information

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Attention to detail

Customer service aptitude

Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Computer proficiency
