· Function as a SME for HR technology within HRO Operations
· Identify process improvement opportunities across all domains within HRO suite
· Actively participate and in some cases lead the design and implementation of system and/or operational enhancements across all platforms
· Supports ad-Hoc reporting requests via query development
· Identify and resolve issues related to data integrity utilizing query and reporting tools
· Coordinate all release management activity including communication and monitoring of QA/QC process
· Coordinate Audit/Compliance requests related to HRO vendors
· Serve as liaison between Chubb IT and external vendor technology teams to communicate outages and expedite resolution of integration issues
· Support HR Governance team members on projects as needed
· BA/BS plus 3-5 years of HRIS experience as a power user (project management or lead experience a plus)
· Strong understanding of end-to-end HR transactional processes including workflows and integration
· Strong understanding of HCM data structures with hands-on experience accessing underlying data via delivered tools (SQL, PS Query, etc.)
· Demonstrated working knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM version 8.9 or higher (9.1 a plus) including HR and Payroll modules
· Experience with supporting various Human Resource Information Technology systems such as applicant tracking systems and learning management tools
· Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent problem solver
· Tenacity to follow through on tasks to completion
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
