·Work closely with Staffing group to assist in the recruiting process, interview scheduling and record keeping requirements.
·Prepare ECS requests, the ER20s and administer the preemployment paperwork/procedures
·Prepare and conduct new hire orientation
·Assist with the local intern program and assist with college recruiting
·Compile monthly and quarterly KPI data for the HR Cockpit and provide other BU specific KPI reports
·Track and report staffing data/metrics
·Assist HRBPs with the creation and processing of ECS department/cost center changes, salary changes, promotions and other employee related changes
·Coordinate with site leads, BU Heads or NAFTA Leaders to schedule employee meetings, town hall sessions or round table discussions
·Maintain and update the ContiVision display, C: inside and SharePoint sites
·Prepare and distribute the weekly Deer Park News email
·Assist in the preparation of Organizational Announcements
·Assist in the creation/facilitation of employee and manager training sessions
·Work closely with the HRBPs to provide support with policy/procedure implementation, HRD program calibrations/conferences /documentation
Support the Events Committee in Continental sponsored events and maintain the rewards parking program.
·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 year degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Pursuing Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business Management
·Strong written/verbal communication skills; demonstrates good listening skills
·Independent and organized work style: Effectively manage time and prioritize work load, assume and manage multiple tasks without close supervision, adapt to change, and consistently meet deadlines
·Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, and Excel)
At least 1 year of general HR experience/exposure
Must currently be enrolled in an academic degree program.
