This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to work side-by-side with our team at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX and learn by doing as you help us tackle real projects to address critical needs in our business. You'll be given the opportunity to work on an important project which impacts multiple functional areas and departments within the company: the new hire onboarding process.

Responsibilities include the following:
Dive deep into the onboarding process to help identify, define and take end-to-end ownership of all aspects of improvements to the onboarding processes

Conduct all research and cost-benefit analysis to identify tools that scale to meet business needs while ensuring a high quality employee experience

Evaluate vendor software proposals to address onboarding process and service gaps, inefficiencies and/or requirements

Develop the business case to change the process and/or the need for new initiatives

Build partnerships by working closely with appropriate ATS Leaders, Managers and Teams to facilitate effective conversations

Desirable Qualifications:
Interest in pursuing a career in the field of Human Resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work on and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft: Word/Excel and Internet research. Works well in an open, fast paced environment.

Experience and Education requirement:
This position is an internship requiring at least a rising junior or senior undergraduate majoring in Human Resources, Industrial / Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a Masters level student. Student must be pursuing a career in Human Resources following graduation.
