Summary : Responsible for recruiting processes, gathering information on Key Performance Indicators, developing metrics and trending analysis. Ensure all activities are conducted according to Company policies and state and governments requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Establish relationships with third party vendors to ensure applicant flow is maintained throughout the hiring process and managers are apprised of each candidate status
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals ensures Onboarding is completed.
  • Records and maintains records on personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, relocation, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting according to government regulations including EEO and AAP reports.
  • Provides metrics, trending analysis, ROI, KPI analysis and best practices for recruiting and retention.
  • Assists with administration of benefit programs when needed, such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance according to government regulations.
  • Back-up for Payroll and Benefit when needed
  • Ensures management is trained on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
  • Advises management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations and design retention plans accordingly.
  • Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate
  • Partners with IT to manage HRIT solutions and enhancements and develops and provides training where appropriate
  • Ensures appropriate billing for all responsible areas such as Drug Tests and Recruiting costs
  • Maintains Head Count Report and Satisfaction Surveys
  • Responsible for security system and building safety

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.   • Responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls and procedures that ensure material information related to the company is made known to the certifying officers.
  • Assure work products and requirements are performed in accordance with documented control activities.
  • Immediately inform Process Owners and Corporate Governance where control activities have become ineffective due to process or personnel changes.
  • Plan and manage the resources necessary to accomplish remediation actions in the timeframe agreed with all relevant personnel and executive management.
