AustinHR supports many clients in the Austin and surrounding areas. For some, we provide deployed consultants or employees and for others, clients will ask us to find them a full-time match.
We currently have a couple of full-time opportunities with our clients for HR Manager and HR Director related roles. These positions require individuals that are willing to roll up their sleeves and work in a generalist role as they both are sole practitioner positions. This means they will be responsible for everything from payroll and benefits administration to employee relations, to compensation strategies to strategic initiatives of the company. Currently both these immediate needs are in the downtown area but we do get others throughout Austin fairly consistently.
We prefer degreed and certified HR professionals with at least 5 years of relevant experience under their belt but, if you have strong HR experience as a tenured generalist or senior director level professional, we'd still like to hear from you.
At times, we also need very entry level HR administrators who are detailed oriented and can handle transactional and day-to-day HR related needs.
