Position: HR Manager

Assignment: Human Resources

Reports to: Associate Executive Director

Status: Full-Time

Pay Grade: A-14

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 2 years’ experience w/ a degree

Supervises: HR Assistants

Critical Action Items:

  • Ensure OSHA compliance by ensuring all posters are visible, completing appropriate paperwork and working with corporate HR on all work related injury matters.
  • Ensure that all employment practices are compliant with state & federal employment laws.


  • Other Responsibilities:

  • Communicates company personnel information and coordinates related actives by auditing personnel files.
  • Entering, auditing, and processing payroll hours into ADP
  • Coordinating recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluation processes.
  • Maintaining personnel and employment documentation to include completing of all documents and submitting to corporate HR timely.
  • Ensure all leave of absence paperwork is complete and submitted to corporate HR. Work with employees and corporate HR on all leave related matters.
  • Advise and assist with all benefit related matters to include completing documents, explaining benefits, and submitting to corporate HR.
  • Up holding company Policies
  • Other job duties as assigned.
