Reports to: Associate Executive Director
Pay Grade: A-14
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2 years’ experience w/ a degree
Supervises: HR Assistants
Critical Action Items:
Ensure OSHA compliance by ensuring all posters are visible, completing appropriate paperwork and working with corporate HR on all work related injury matters.
Ensure that all employment practices are compliant with state & federal employment laws.
Communicates company personnel information and coordinates related actives by auditing personnel files.
Entering, auditing, and processing payroll hours into ADP
Coordinating recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluation processes.
Maintaining personnel and employment documentation to include completing of all documents and submitting to corporate HR timely.
Ensure all leave of absence paperwork is complete and submitted to corporate HR. Work with employees and corporate HR on all leave related matters.
Advise and assist with all benefit related matters to include completing documents, explaining benefits, and submitting to corporate HR.
Up holding company Policies
