Blackbaud was founded on the idea that technology can be a medium for social change. Over the last thirty years we’ve delivered software solutions to the nonprofit sector, helping mission-driven organizations manage operations and engage supporters. We have the satisfaction of knowing that our solutions are making a difference every day, allowing our clients to focus their time and resources on what they do best: changing the world.
The Blackbaud Human Resources Team is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. Based out of our Northeast geography, you will be responsible for implementing strategies and solutions that solve the human capital needs for Blackbaud in our Cambridge, MA and Bedford, NH locations. This includes recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, coaching, organizational development, and various Human Resources projects and initiatives designed to increase our organizational capability for a diverse group of approximately 250 employees. Supporting 3 Vice Presidents, you will translate broad strategic plans or directives into specific assignments and measurable results.
Interested? We have a few questions for you….. Do you have a demonstrated track record of helping leaders build high performing teams via recruiting and employee development? Do you have a passion for building a brand as a great place to work? Are you skilled at both strategic planning and hands-on “doing”? Do you thrive in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment? Are you a self-starter with the ability to work without supervision? If you answered “yes” to all these questions, we’d love to talk with you!
