Our recent growth has afforded us a unique opportunity for a strategic, dynamic, and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager looking to “shift gears” and join the team in our 1,000 employee Berea, KY facility. Job Skills/Requirements

Human Resources Manager Position Responsibilities and/or Duties:
  • Compensation & Benefit administration for exempt and non-exempt personnel.
  • Talent Management including recruitment, retention & succession planning.
  • Department overhead & headcount budget administration.
  • HRIS management & record keeping.
  • Development of company policy, procedure, and strategic plans.
  • Employee retention & satisfaction.
  • Participation in a wide variety of Human Resour Human Resources Manager Position Responsibilities and/or Duties:
  • Compensation & Benefit administration for exempt and non-exempt personnel.
  • Talent Management including recruitment, retention & succession planning.
  • Department overhead & headcount budget administration.
  • HRIS management & record keeping.
  • Development of company policy, procedure, and strategic plans.
  • Employee retention & satisfaction.
  • Participation in a wide variety of Human Resources projects.
  • Employee communication and relations activities as required.
  • Planning & coordinating of company events.
  • Supports the companys corporate social responsibility programs (CSR/CAC).
  • Company performance management processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all Human Resource actions including Affirmative Action Plan.
  • Department/organizational training and development requirements.
  • Support all business objectives of the company by aligning Human Resource activities with the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff required.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information is required.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and following all regulations and requirements related to safety and environmental compliance.
  • Responsible for following all quality policy standards.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of HR Management experience in a large-scale, high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • A bachelors degree in a related field and PHR and/or SPHR certification.
  • Proven track record of superior leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Exemplary background in all facets of human resources management with emphasis in employee relations, project management, training, safety and performance development.
  • Strong team-player abilities, with a sense of ownership for the business and those that you lead.
  • A visionary mindset to be an agent of change within the organization.
  • Ability and desire to maintain a strong presence in the manufacturing operation.
