1. Manage and create innovative HR solutions for line clients. Partner with Senior HR Manager in implementing HR strategies, objectives and processes.
2. Support assigned client groups in issues related to employee relations, staffing/recruitment, compensation and other HR issues.
3.Assist in formulating and implementing HR strategies, objectives and processes which are fully aligned to the overall business strategy Implement organizational change, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff Support HR Year Cycle- performance management, OTR, and reward and recognition strategies.
-Bachelors Degree English 5-7 years HR experience in generalist role or a minimum
-5 -years experience in combination generalist / specialist role.
-SPHR/PHR a plus.
