The Texas Instruments Human Resources team in Santa Clara, CA is looking for a dynamic HR Manager who will be responsible for leading HR as business partner for two global business units of TI.
In this role, you will influence business results by providing strategic HR support to TI's senior business leaders and general managers. You will have complete ownership of driving the people strategy for two business units that have a diverse employee base spread across US, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, India, China and Malaysia. This includes utilizing strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels of the organization, working with employees, and partnering with specialist functions such as recruiting, talent development, and compensation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related business field and a minimum of 5 years of related HR experience.
