We are looking for a Part-time (20-24 hrs per wk) HR Payroll Assistant to join our team! The purpose of the Payroll Assistant is to process payroll. In addition, this position will provide customer service to associates and make changes to the HR system.

RESPONSIBILITES:
•Process semi-monthly payroll for the associates of GFC
•Provide positive customer service support regarding payroll questions
•Administration of transactional functions in HR system include but not limited to direct deposit changes, merit increases, address changes, and other miscellaneous associate information
•Prepare payroll and benefit reporting
•Compiles and maintains personnel files
•Other Human Resources project and miscellaneous duties as assigned
•High school diploma
•Good written and oral communication skills
•Ability to multi-task
•Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
