Title: HR Recruiter II
Recruit sales and corporate candidates in a high volume environment. Extensive cold calling to generate candidates. Anticipate the staffing needs of assigned locations and develop a variety of on-going, productive, low cost sources of talent. Participate in the development and implementation of staffing strategies. Market WorldPay as an Employer of Choice. Manage the internal and external process of assessing candidates. Coordinate interviews with the management team. Communicate results to all candidates. Prepare and present job offers. Build productive relationships with external partners (e.g., colleges, contingency firms, vendors, etc.). Guide managers and maintain high level standards throughout the selection process. Ensure compliance with employment law, EEO and AAP policies. Market WorldPay to passive candidates. Negotiate and close offers of employment. Adhere to Human Resources Service Quality Standards at all times
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications or related field or relevant work experience
5 + years recruiting or sales experience utilizing a variety of sources including research, cold calling, internet searches, community groups and research.
2 years experience recruiting high volume, revenue generating candidates
Successful candidates will possess the ability to make quick decisions in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Occasional travel required.
Strong sourcing skills required
Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel for detailed reporting
